Clients commission Jessica and the High Note Photography Studio to create original artwork for their home out of their family’s most precious moments.  The portraits we create together are meant to be proudly displayed throughout your home, bringing you joy each and every day.  Together our team walks you through each step of creation from planning out wall displays and albums, to styling the session to your taste and vision, to creating a gallery of portraits that uniquely capture your family’s relationship and style.  Clients typically invest anywhere from $500-$3000 after each session to procure a wide variety of art pieces for the home, gifts for family and friends, and fine art keepsakes.

The High Note session fee is paid in advance to secure your chosen date. It is non-refundable should you cancel, but is transferable to another date in the event you wish to amend your booking with at least 48 hours notice.  Special consideration is made for maternity and newborn sessions.  After submitting your session fee, your appointment dates will be secured and you will be mailed/e-mailed a welcome package with details about your session along with your portrait agreement.  We will also schedule your planning appointment, if needed, and your purchasing appointment at the time of booking.
The session fee does not include any images, either prints or digital negatives; these must be purchased separately.  Session fees include photographer’s time and talent, pre session welcome package, extensive post session editing to the photographer’s style, portrait preview, online gallery hosting, order preparation and fulfillment, and custom design work.

In The Home


The High Note Home Session takes place in your home. The session is a relaxed 1 hour (newborns approximately 2 hours) session at your home and will include access to a variety of different set-ups, background choices and to a selection of props.  Clients may pick it all out when they arrive and during their planning appointment with Jessica.  The home session may even include a cake smash and balloons for birthday sessions!  The Home life style session is a wonderful for maternity, newborns, babies, children, families, seniors and couples.


Studio or Local Outdoor Session $ 75​

Studio Newborn Session $ 100


During the warmer weather months clients may select a local outdoor preference for any studio sessions when booking.  Outdoor “studio” sessions can be booked at a location with in 25 miles of Edmond, Oklahoma 73012.  In the event of rain, all outdoor sessions booked as studio sessions are moved back to the studio and cannot be rescheduled based on weather.


The Milestone Studio Session!  $50

The Milestone Studio session is perfect for families wanting to capture the personality and memorable stage of a single child or baby.  From their first smiles, to starting preschool, to loosing their first tooth, or graduating high school, life is full of milestones for your little ones that you will want to smile back upon for a lifetime.  The Milestone Studio session lasts approximately 30 minutes, is for one child only, and may include up to 3 outfits/ sets.

Please note that due to our current high demand, there is a minimum $300 investment after all portrait sessions.  This is to limit the number of sessions we take on a weekly basis, maintain flexibility in our schedule for our baby clients and ensure the highest quality of product and service for every session we book.  Sessions book approximately  1-2 months in advance.


All of our rates are subject to change at any time.  Booking your session by submitting your session fee guarantees our current portrait rates.  Rescheduled sessions are subject to the prices current at the time of rescheduling.


Specials and Savings



Specials will run on occasion and can be found advertised  on the blog  and Instagram.   In the interest of fairness to all customers, all rates are non negotiable unless booked through a special promotion.  Print and product rates for all customers are those current at the time of their booking, therefore may vary from client to client.  Paying your session fee guarantees the print prices listed at the time of your booking.

Gift Certificates



Premium Gift Certificates for High Note Photography are available in any amount.  Gift Certificates make beautiful shower gifts for the expecting mom or thoughtful Holiday and birthday presents.  Gift certificates are for a dollar amount only.  Clients must call to book their own session with us.


Policies


All prints and products are subject to your state’s sales tax and shipping when applicable.  Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final.  Jessica does, of course, guarantee that the portraits you receive meet the highest standards in every respect and works with customers to approve designs and custom work before orders are placed.  Payment of orders is due in full when the order is placed.  Prints and products arrive 4-6 weeks after payment is received.  Albums and keepsake boxes take approximately 10 weeks as they are custom designed and hand made.  Rush shipment is available on some items for an additional charge.  All rates are subject to change at any time.   In the interest of fairness to all customers, all rates are non negotiable unless booked through a special promotion.
